Blitzdown support
Blitzdown is in active development. DiVisionary Media is available for game, purchase, privacy, and website support.
Current availability
Blitzdown is not yet publicly available on the App Store. Public launch and compatibility details will be posted on the main website when confirmed.
Before contacting support
If the game is not responding as expected, close and reopen it first. For purchase issues, use the in-game Restore Purchase option and confirm that the device is signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase.
What to include
Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, the screen you were using, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. A screenshot is welcome when it helps explain the issue. Never email passwords or payment-card information.
